Every aspect of our policies, procedures and methods from our selection and hiring procedures to our Customer Service Representative training; our document collection procedures to how our shredders are loaded and cared for; from truck 'through put' to our un-loading and recycling procedures are reviewed by Shred-it International twice a year.
In our latest Corporate review in July, we were graded as outstanding (or above) in all areas.
Yet, this was not good enough for our Chief Operating Officer Tom Caso. He wanted to be sure we were in compliance with all the current regulations pertaining to document destruction. In characteristic fashion, to be absolutely certain, he ordered an independent audit of our procedures. The "Certificate of Compliance" we were thus granted is shown here, along with the policies and procedures the independent firm reviewed in awarding this certificate.At Shred-it, Tom Caso demands we eagerly 'go the extra mile' to assure our clients we deserve and continually earn their loyalty.
